Refund Policy
Thank you for using our AI Interior Design application.
1. Digital Products
All purchases made within the application, including subscriptions and AI credits, are considered digital products and services.
2. Non-Refundable Purchases
Due to the instant consumption of AI resources and digital credits, purchases are generally non-refundable once used.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Duplicate payments
Technical issues preventing service usage
Unauthorized transactions
Billing errors
4. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund previous charges.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
6. Abuse Prevention
